Brazilian Capital is a real estate investment manager with the Brazilian Finance & Real Estate Participações S/A (BFRE) group.
It acts as investment consultant in 12 investment vehicles for both Brazilian and international clients, mainly pension funds, private equity funds, hedge funds, insurance companies and endowment funds from North America and Asia.
As investment consultant, Brazilian Capital originates structures, closes and manages investments in real estate assets.
R$2.6 billion of funds under management
Funds under management include real estate investment funds (REIF, or FII in Portuguese), private equity funds (PE, or FIPs), direct investments and investment companies.
R$2.4 billion of assets under management
Assets under management include commercial properties (offices, shopping centers, schools, hospitals and retail stores), residential and commercial development projects and mortgage backed securities (MBS).
