Brazilian Capital created in 2002, is a real estate asset management company, controlled by Brazilian Finance & Real Estate S/A. It is the investment consultant in 08 investment vehicles, aimed at Brazilian and foreign Institutional investors (American and Canadian pension fund, Asian sovereing funds, private equity funds, hedge funds, insurance companies and endowments).
Brazilian Capital's activities as an investment consultant originating, structuring, closing and managing investments in real estate assets.
The company has over R$2 billion in funds under management and over R$2 billion in investments. Among the investments are residential and commercial developments, offices, shopping malls, retail properties and industrial assets.
Working in partnership with Hedging Griffo, the company structured Brazil’s first Private Equity Fund. At the time this was a completely new option for investment in and financing of the construction sector.
